Each piece of jewelry is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity and Guarantee, which guarantees for life the authenticity of the materials used and its quality of workmanship.
The purpose of the guarantee is:
1- If there is a manufacturing defect: within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the delivery of the product, a direct change will be made in the company's business located in Villa Devoto. If you want to do it by shipping, you must pay the cost of it. After the indicated period, no changes will be made and the repair will be the responsibility of the client.
2- If there is breakage or defect due to misuse:
Due to wear and tear of the products due to daily use. For defects or anomalies as a result of incorrect use or failure to respect the indicated maintenance conditions: the repair will be carried out at the customer's expense, also assuming the shipping costs.
Change Policy:
You can exchange the product as long as it is unused, in perfect condition, and in the same conditions as it was delivered, with all its accessories, box and brochures. You have THIRTY (30) days to exchange from the moment you receive the order. If the change is due to an error or product failure, we will assume the shipping cost. If the exchange was for another product or due to an error on the part of the buyer when choosing size, model, color, etc. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
For the exchange, the amount paid will be taken and in the event that there is a balance in favor of the client, it will remain in credit to be used for the next NINETY (90) days.
Return policy:
In your online purchase you can choose to cancel the operation and return the piece of jewelry purchased within a period of TEN (10) calendar days from the date it was received. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the same conditions as it was delivered, with all its accessories, box and brochures. Shipping corresponding to the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Products made especially to order or engraved, as well as 18 karat gold pieces, will not be exchanged or returned. Yes, they will be covered by the Certificate of Authenticity and Guarantee.
International Purchases: For purchases made from outside the country, in no case does the company cover shipping costs.
